Sign up with us and you may start doing your shopping. You may pay through Saudi local banks online banking, credit card or debit card at your convenient. You may as well pay through bank transfer if you do not have any online banking facility through our account at Al Ahli Bank. We will deliver your order to your door.
For orders in Jeddah city, our aim is to deliver to you on the same day. However sometimes due to our tight schedule, the latest we will deliver to you on the next day.
For orders outside Jeddah, we aim to deliver to you between within 3 days or less. If you make the purchase on the weekdays from Sunday to Thursday, before 4.00 pm you will receive it on the next day. If your purchase is after 4.00 pm your order will consider as for the next day, hence you will only receive it on the next 2 days.
If you make the purchase during weekend, we will able to process your delivery on next coming Sunday, it goes the same during Public Holidays where we will only able to process your delivery during the next coming working days. Hence, plan your purchase and enjoy shopping with us.
We are also working for same day delivery for other cities in Madinah and Riyadh. Stay tune with us and we will let you know once we are ready.
Don’t worry, we will help you to replace a new product if the product is damage due to the packing issue, expired products and wrong delivery.
